· Child’s full name, date of birth, and age.
· Parent/guardian names and current contact information.

· Allergies, dietary information, medical/allergy action information, and other relevant care instructions.

5. Pick-Up
· Parents/guardians should arrive on time for pickup.
· Only individuals authorized by the parent/guardian may pick up a child.
· A photo ID may be required for pickup if being picked up by authorized individual(s).
6. Health, Wellness & Illness
To protect children, families, and staff, children should arrive healthy enough to participate comfortably in the program.
· Parents should notify Solèil & Co. before arrival if a child is sick or has been exposed to a contagious illness.
· A child may be asked to remain home when symptoms indicate that group care is not appropriate and remain home until symptom free for 24hrs with no suppressants.
· Parents may be asked to pick up child if symptoms/temp (99.5 & up) occur during care.
This handbook does not replace medical advice. Parents should consult the child’s healthcare provider when they have concerns about illness or treatment.
7. Meals, Bottles & Personal Items
· Parents should provide all food, bottles, formula, breast milk, and other required feeding supplies unless Solèil & Co. has communicated otherwise.
· All bottles/containers should be clearly labeled with the child’s name and relevant preparation information.
· Parents should send diapers, wipes, extra clothing, and comfort items needed for the child’s care.
· Please label personal belongings to reduce loss or mix-ups.
· Solèil & Co. is not responsible for unlabeled or lost personal items.
8. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Because Solèil & Co. reserves limited childcare spaces based on advance bookings, cancellations can affect our ability to offer that space to another family. The following policy is intended to keep scheduling fair and predictable.
General Cancellation Policy
· Cancellations or requested schedule changes should be made as early as possible and, whenever possible, at least 48 hours before the scheduled care date.
· A cancellation made 48 hours or more before a scheduled care day may be rescheduled when space is available and when the request complies with the package’s usage period.
· A cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled care day will generally count as a used/forfeited care day for package purposes and is not eligible for a refund.
· No-shows are treated as late cancellations and count as a used/forfeited care day.
· Unused Tier 2 days do not automatically transfer to a new two-week period.
· Tier 3 is a flat monthly rate; missed or unused days do not reduce the monthly fee.
· Payments are non-refundable once a reserved care period has begun, except when Solèil & Co. approves an exception.
· Any approved refund, credit, or exception is at the discretion of Solèil & Co. and may depend on the circumstances and availability of replacement care.
Illness & Emergency Cancellations
We understand that children get sick and families experience emergencies. Parents should notify Solèil & Co. as soon as possible. Solèil & Co. may approve a one-time reschedule or other reasonable accommodation when circumstances warrant it, but accommodations are not guaranteed and remain subject to availability.
9. Late Pickup Policy
Our program ends at 12:30 PM. Parents/guardians are responsible for arranging timely pickup.
· Late Pickup accepted up to a certain amount of time.
· If late pickup is needed for longer times, price will be $20 per hour after 12:30 PM.
10. Safety & Supervision
· Children will be supervised throughout their time in care.
· Solèil & Co will be the only clients on site besides Halidom management and security from 8:30 until Halidom opens at 11 AM (lunch rush doesn’t begin until after 12).
· If requesting to stay after 12:30, please note other Halidom patrons (not related to Solèil & Co.) will be around.
11. Communication With Families
· Parents are encouraged to communicate questions, schedule changes, concerns, and important updates promptly.
· The primary contact information for Solèil & Co. is 404.849.2062 and soleilcow.info@gmail.com.
· Parents should keep their phone number and email current and remain reachable during the child’s care period.

12. Family Partnership
The best childcare experience happens when families and caregivers work together. We ask parents to communicate honestly, follow program policies, provide accurate information, respect staff and other families, and help us maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
13. Termination of Care
Solèil & Co. reserves the right to end or suspend care when necessary for safety, repeated policy violations, nonpayment, inappropriate conduct, failure to provide required information, or when the program determines that it cannot safely meet a child’s needs. Whenever practical, families will be given notice and an opportunity to address concerns before care is terminated.
